March Book Haul


Hey there Bookworms! March was a bit of a slow month for me here on the blog & I’m not sure there’s any specific reason. We all experience those lows but I will say that it thankfully didn’t hinder my reading. I read some hefty books that blew me away & I can’t wait to discuss those in my wrap-up which I promise to have up this week. Here I come to you with my March Book Haul in which I once again didn’t buy very many yet somehow ended up with a good stack. No complaints here though, this is the time of year I kick my reading into high gear, so without further ado…

I’m currently rocking the hell outta this scarf! the runes are so friggin beautiful & it legit goes with everything I wear. I’ll be using the soap tonight so cross your fingers for my skin please, it smells amazing I just don’t want it to morph me into anything 😂🤞🏼

  2. This is a great haul Lilly. 🙂 You got some amazing books this month but I guess I wouldn’t be surprised because so many incredible books were released in March.
    I hope you love LIFEL1K3, I can’t wait for that one, and the Fairy Loot box was incredible wasn’t it? I really love the scarf though I haven’t had a chance to wear it yet. 🙂

I completely left out my fave though smh, don’t know how I could’ve left out Children of Blood and Bone *sobs* I’m hearing such great things about LIFEL1K3 but I mean, does it come as a surprise? nahhhh! it’s Jay Kristoff *woot woot* haha! the scarf is beautiful! I think it may be my favorite Fairyloot item. Happy reading in April Beth! ❤ ❤ ❤

  3. OMG, I got so many books this month too. Luckily I only bought like three of those books myself. Others were birthday gifts or sent to me from publishers. Love your haul! You got a great stack of books to read! I was also sent Airports, Exes, and Other Thing I’m Over. It sounds so good too. I am dying to get my hands on State of Sorrow, UGHHH. NEED IT!!!

Thank you Marie! ❤ Airports, Exes and Other Things I’m Over With is a SUPER short read that I'll definitely be squeezing in over the next 2 weeks so I will def let you know how it fares in my corner 😉 I have a feeling The Astonishing Color of After will make my list of TOP 2018 reads so I'm also excited to get to it ASAP *fingers crossed* Happy reading in April <3! 🙂

  9. I need to pick up Grey Sister ❤ I was so tempted to go for an ARC, but I feel like I have no time. I am going to look up Toil & Trouble though. You need to be texting me about that one haha. I was also way less active online for March but somehow managed to read more. I think Spring is like that huh? Busy busy – xx

    1. Please do! 😂It was even better than Red Sister 💜I haven’t started Toil & Trouble yet, I’m playing catch up. My blogging mojo has been quite M.I.A. and well I’m trying to get it back. I’m with you on the dormant March upping my reading as well. For me It’s just the kids birthdays and the new job. April should be better, already is cause here I am answering my back log comments 😂😂😂

  11. Ooooo nice haul!!! You’ve already read The Heart Forger?!?! Look at you! I did read The Bone Witch and did enjoy it. The second book is available through my library’s digital database already via audiobook, so I will definitely be continuing on with the series soon 🙂

    Honestly I am in the same blogging slump! I can’t seem to find the time to get anything done. It is really bumming me out 😦

    1. Thank you!!! 💜I can relate to blogging slump woes, I am just beginning to come out of mine. My reading hasn’t been affected thankfully. Blogging these past 2 months has been tough. Today I’m celebrating my tiny humans birthday & then I’m free of parties for a bit so I can def re-focus 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 all I could suggest is to take it one day at a time & don’t force it. Blog when you feel moved to and I hope you find your blogging mojo soon 💙
